WHO SHOULD WRITE IELTS FOR UKVI?
Students from outsides the UK/EU and requiring a student Visa/ immigration will need to hold an approved English Language qualification at the require level. Prospective students from outside the European Union who are not from Antigua and Barbuda, Australia, The Bahamas Barbados, Belize, Canada, Dominica, Grenada, Guyana, Jamaica, New Zealand, Trinidad and Tobago, or United States of America must provide a SELT Certificate when they apply for a UK study Visa.

The IELTS test you take and the score you need will depend on both your Visa requirements and the requirements of the institution where you plan to study.

NOTE: If you are taking the IELTS Academic or IELTS General Training test for UK Visa applications, you will need to make sure that the test is taken at a UKVI approved test Centre.
